During your personal consultation, we’ll take the time to discuss your entire wedding day. Your pictures and ideas will help us to get to know your personal taste, preferences and style. Together, we’ll help bring your wedding day into focus.We’ll create your design and as well as give you an estimate for any pieces to be created. You will be able to look at sample flower arrangements, colors plans and schemes. as well as beautiful bouquets and corsage pieces. We work with all budgets, from the small and intimate weddings all the way up to oceanfront and mansion weddings.
Mr. Bokay’s wedding experience will illustrate that making simple changes will help us stay within your budget and still provide the overall look that you desire for your wedding.I spend time with each bride to assure that your expectations are not only met, but far exceeded. I love to see a brides face on her wedding day when she first sees the flowers all arranged and displayed. Your Bridal Party and the makeup of your Bridesmaids Bouquets will be our #1 priority. You and I will make the best decision on all the personal flowers including your grooms’ boutonniere and the rest of the Bridal Party including the groomsmen, parents and any other important people. Then we’ll shift focus to the ceremony- whether a formal or informal affair, we’ll help you achieve the look you desire. Finally, we spend time discussing your reception flowers and centerpieces. The main point for enlisting Mr. Bokay for floral services is to allow you the time and ease of mind to focus on other things, not including flowers. The most time on your wedding day will be spent at the reception venue and the flowers can provide a great impact for the overall look and feel of your wedding day- this is the Mr. Bokay Advantage. I will help you decide what the best options are for your venue. At the end, we will give you a written estimate that very day. We’ll also follow up with a type written estimate a few days later with an e-mailed proposal for your confirmation. Step-by-Step, I lead the bride through the process in order to make life easier. When you choose us as your wedding flower company, we ask for a small $100 deposit to reserve your date. Your next payment will be 50% of your current balance and will be due about 6 to 8 weeks before your wedding date as we begin the process of special ordering your wedding flowers. The final balance is due the week of your wedding once we begin to finalize your flower order. Your final payment can be made in cash, credit card or certified bank check. Your wedding flower planning is a process, we’ve learned over time, the planning is fluid… and elements can be adjusted…changed as necessary.
